Ocean County Prosecutor asks for public’s help in identifying possible assault suspect

Ocean County Prosecutor Marlene Lynch Ford is asking for the public to view the photograph above in an effort to ascertain this subject’s identity.
This individual is a person of interest who may have information regarding a sexual assault on the beach of an adult female. This occurred in the early morning hours of Monday, May 30, in which the beach was closed for 45 minutes, according to Point Pleasant Beach Police Chief Kevin O’Hara.
